The Brightvine Portal integrates seamlessly with the current technology systems of lenders and originators to create mortgage and MBS tokens, enabling seamless sharing, transfer, and securitization of mortgage data and documents via blockchain
The Brightvine Portal is a secure management platform for conducting primary offerings of fixed income products. Loan originators, asset managers, and broker dealers write the asset and security-level data to Brightvine’s distributed ledger, enabling the seamless, real-time sharing of validated data and documents with all stakeholders and investors in the offering.
BDI are proprietary digital representations of the fully immutable records, data, and documents of a loan or security created by Brightvine on a distributed ledger. Servicing data, transaction history, documents and amendments can all be tracked and validated in real time and easily shared across permissioned investors. BDI create an exhaustive history of each asset and securitization, improving data accuracy, accelerating diligence and increasing execution speed.
Loan documents are converted to encrypted alphanumeric strings, called hashes. These hashes are instantly validated against our immutable records and become Brightvine Certified, signifying fully accurate and up-to-date data.
Asset information is audited for completeness upon import to the Portal. This ensures that loan tapes are not only complete, but all changes pertaining to an asset are recorded, stored, and updated across Brightvine.
Recorded assets can easily be pooled, securitized, and transferred within Brightvine. Servicer and trustee integrations allow for real-time reporting on asset performance. Validated data is seamlessly shared across all permissioned stakeholders.

Intercompany communications during the mortgage closing process is difficult. Manual transmission of important data and documents can lead delays and can be opaque and laden with errors.
Digital loantapes cointain validated information that allows the most complete and up-to-date data to be easily shared between parties.
Loan files are manually audited to validate incomplete loan tapes during securitizations or sales.
Brightvine Digital Imprints (“BDI”) contain immutable records, data, and documents for each asset. The records are validated for accuracy and reflected in digital loan tapes, significantly reducing time and audit costs.
Paper loan files must be transferred, reviewed, and stored by document custodians and reprocessed every time a mortgage changes hands.
All pertinent information associated with BDI can be automatically shared across permissioned users and investors on Brightvine.
"The Brightvine Portal gives us quick access to all of the latest blockchain-validated information associated with each note all in one place; we see it as a huge driver of efficiency for our team, our investors and our securitization process going forward."
